Area Manager
Job Description:
Plan sales strategies. Set yearly, monthly, and shop targets. and manage sales to achieve the target.
Find the best location to open a new shop or pop-up. Make and confirm the business terms and check the contract.
Prepare a report on the performance of the sales team for the day, month, or year. To analyze the data and report to management.
Check sales lists and sales bills/invoices; check and follow up on payments.
Check product returns and credit notes. Adjust product lines in each shop based on product performance and stock.
Manage, support, and advise the sales team to achieve the target; control and supervise employees in the sales department and the sales team to work according to the sales process. and comply with the company's regulations.
Develop and improve sales processes, being able to cope and solve immediate problems well.
Retain regular customers. attract new customer base Follow up on needs and responses (feedback) from customers.
Set selling prices, control ROI, and analyze customer needs and purchasing behavior. Develop product lines.
Explore differences, new things, innovations, or sales channels. To expand the customer base
Coordinate with relevant departments both inside and outside the organization.
Others as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
3-5 years of management experience or 2 years more as Area Manager (Fashion and Bar)
Able to use computer programs well (Microsoft Office)
Can drive and have a driver's license
