HR Adminisatrator Officer
Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting clients, answering incoming calls and coordinating internally.
Supervise all administrative tasks and Provide main contact of the company.
Responsible for planning, organising, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping
Dealing with email enquiries and arranging post and deliveries.
Arrangeing visa and work permit for employees.
Examine time of attendance of employees.
Organising travel and accommodation for staff and management team.
Reimbursement for all admin expenses and control cost.
Coordinate with the juristic office regarding parking, repair, office decoration etc.
Oversee purchasing functions.
Executive assistants as assigned.
Responsible for all documents related to the administrative work.
Qualifications:
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in any related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative work and visa and work permit experience. (New Graduate are welcome)
Service-minded, Work well under pressure, Detail oriented, Strong problem solving skills when faced with challenges.
Fluent in written and spoken English or chinese (working with expat staff and management team).
