HR Adminisatrator Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, answering incoming calls and coordinating internally.

  • Supervise all administrative tasks and Provide main contact of the company.

  • Responsible for planning, organising, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping

  • Dealing with email enquiries and arranging post and deliveries.

  • Arrangeing visa and work permit for employees.

  • Examine time of attendance of employees.

  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff and management team.

  • Reimbursement for all admin expenses and control cost.

  • Coordinate with the juristic office regarding parking, repair, office decoration etc.

  • Oversee purchasing functions.

  • Executive assistants as assigned.

  • Responsible for all documents related to the administrative work.

  • Support Recruitment job


Qualifications:

  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree in any related field.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative work and visa and work permit experience. (New Graduate are welcome)

  • Service-minded, Work well under pressure, Detail oriented, Strong problem solving skills when faced with challenges.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English or chinese (working with expat staff and management team).
