HR and Admin

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company's operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws.

  • Have full responsibility for the employee recruitment process, from finding job candidates, up to the selection interview.

  • Management of selection, promotion, and demotion transferring Conducting coaching, training, and activities related to the development of capabilities, potential, mental, skills, and knowledge of employees.

  • Being responsible on payroll matters relating to employee absenteeism, calculation of salaries, bonus and benefits.

  • Creating employment contracts for employees as well as renewing the validity period of the employment contract exercises disciplinary action on employees who violate the rules or policies of the company.

  • Develop and implement training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor contracts, work permits, and social security.

  • Other tasks assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, or Business-related

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and admin roles, with a focus on recruitment, admin, and payroll.

  • Fluent level of both spoken and written Englist or Chinese.

  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.

  • Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations.
