HR and Admin
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company's operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws.
Have full responsibility for the employee recruitment process, from finding job candidates, up to the selection interview.
Management of selection, promotion, and demotion transferring Conducting coaching, training, and activities related to the development of capabilities, potential, mental, skills, and knowledge of employees.
Being responsible on payroll matters relating to employee absenteeism, calculation of salaries, bonus and benefits.
Creating employment contracts for employees as well as renewing the validity period of the employment contract exercises disciplinary action on employees who violate the rules or policies of the company.
Develop and implement training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, or Business-related
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and admin roles, with a focus on recruitment, admin, and payroll.
Fluent level of both spoken and written Englist or Chinese.
Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
